Personal WhatsApp link and QR code generator
Make a link that opens a chat with you, with a first message if you want one. Share it anywhere or print the QR code.
Pick the country, or type the number with its own + code.
People see it ready to send when they open your link. They can change it.
Scanning this code opens the same chat. Use PNG for screens and SVG for print.
What you type stays in your browser. Risponse does not receive or store it. When you open a chat, WhatsApp gets the number and the message.
How it works
Three steps, no sign-up
- 01
Add your number
Enter your WhatsApp number. Add a first message so you know where people found you.
- 02
Copy your link
Your link appears as you type. Use Test link to see what people will see.
- 03
Share or print
Put the link in your bio or email signature. Download the QR code for print.
Where it helps
Made for everyday conversations
-
Bios and signatures
Add your link to a social profile or an email signature, so people reach you in one tap.
-
Print and shop counters
Put the QR code on visiting cards, menus, flyers or the counter. People scan it and the chat opens.
-
Invoices and packaging
Give customers a direct way to ask about an order, with a first message that says what it is about.
When chats pile up
One phone is fine, until your team grows
Risponse is a WhatsApp team inbox. Connect multiple numbers, sort every message by department and let the whole team reply together.
FAQ
Questions about this tool
Still unsure? Email us and a person from our team will reply.
Does the link or QR code expire?
Not because of Risponse. It is a plain wa.me link that does not pass through our servers, so it keeps working while your number is on WhatsApp.
Can I put my name in the link?
Not with this tool. WhatsApp’s link format uses your phone number, and a custom name would need a separate service to forward people.
Can people see my number?
Yes. The number is part of the link. If you do not want it public, keep the link to people you choose.
Can I change the first message later?
Make a new link. The message is part of the link, so a QR code you have already printed keeps its old message.
PNG or SVG?
Use PNG for screens and documents. Use SVG for print, because it stays sharp at any size.
